Rt. Rev. Robert Lamoureux has been a psychotherapist since 2008 in Texas, Tennessee and now in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He graduated with a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in TN, after completing his B.A. in Psychology. He continued his education with the Kriya Yoga Seminary and other theology and seminary style programs. He has studied religion and monastic traditions for many years under mentors and teachers. Robert’s clinical practice and ministry is dedicated to couples, interfaith/ intercultural issues, parenting, and relational issues of all kinds.
+Robert was ordained as a priest under the auspices of the Young Rite in 2013.
Bishop Robert Lamoureux was consecrated to the Episcopate by bishops Ronald Shelton Jr. and Jack Campitelli of the Apostolic Celtic Church, and bishop Collin Stebbing (Br. Thomas) of the Mission Episcopate of Sts. Francis and Claire, in Black Mountain NC in 2015, He returned to The Young Rite in 2019 and is serving as the Formation Director for new members within the Community of Saint George.
